We are seeking a skilled and adaptable SAP Business Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to elicit and analyze their requirements related to SAP modules and functionalities.
- Solution Design: Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for SAP system enhancements and configurations.
- SAP Implementation: Participate in SAP implementation projects, including system configurations, testing, data migration, and documentation.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and optimization within existing SAP systems. Propose and implement changes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- System Integration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP with other enterprise systems and external applications.
- User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they understand and effectively use SAP applications. Provide ongoing support and issue resolution for SAP-related inquiries.
- Change Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage change requests, conduct impact analysis, and ensure smooth change implementation.
- Testing and Validation: Plan, execute, and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system changes and enhancements before deployment.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides.
- SAP Upgrades and Enhancements: Keep abreast of SAP product updates, new functionalities, and industry best practices. Assess the impact of upgrades and enhancements on existing processes and recommend appropriate actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience as an SAP Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of SAP modules and configurations.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP best practices and business processes.
- Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies and project lifecycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
